As the Globber returns to Wishville, Wishaam, ElectroGenie and their jinn masters are under siege to grant Superintendent Broadrix of Jonathon Brandmeier Elementary School a dozen wishes within his lifetime.
"What is your wish, Globber?" asks Broadrix.
The Globber answers, "I'll shoot some slime at you with my Slime Revolver Gun!"
Superintendent Broadrix is making three wishes granted by the Globber.
